Access Your Health Information

Many members of the UW Medicine Accountable Care Network offer online resources to help you view and manage aspects of your healthcare. You can review your clinic or hospital visit information, see your test results, communicate with your physicians and healthcare professionals through secure-messaging, review and renew prescriptions, manage your appointments, see your hospital discharge summary, and access copies of your medical records. These online resources will vary depending on where you receive care.
